This MACi Top Cover Version 2 includes a top cover with prints and markings, a keysheet and a GE logo name plate. These parts are used on the printer assembly of GE's MAC Diagnostic ECG systems, Usually, covers are provided with an intent to protect and hide the internal mechanism from: low impact collisions, dust, dirt, moisture, and fluid spills, along with these, apart from these, this cover is also designed to provide user interface keypad and to house the printer paper roll with built-in paper cutter which aids in the graph cutting process. The top cover assembly is made up of high quality Cycoloy CX7211 material that offers good chemical stability, thermal stability, good toughness and strength along with good flame retardancy. The cover comes with required mountings which gives it a snug, neat and consistent fit on the system without any protrusion of screws or uneven panel gaps. The provided keypad assembly with this cover kit can be installed on the pre-molded space using its 3M adhesive back. All parts of this cover are appropriately labelled and packed using suitable packaging materials which provides adequate protection from scratches and minor impacts during transit. The combination of Munsell N9 color of the cover and GE Medium Steel Blue color of the keysheet gives system a pleasant appearance and its surface finish aids in easier cleaning. This MACi V2 Cover kit Assembly is free from sharp edges and is designed with finer tolerances and contours for easy and perfect fit on the system.
