The Pedal Cover - Positioning Global Table (GT) is manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a very good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The pedal cover is used in CT Revolution HD 64-Slice, XR (SURGERY) OEC 9900 Elite, CT BrightSpeed Edge Select 8 – Slice, PET Discovery IQ 3-Ring and many other products. The ABS material helps to make the cover light in weight without compromising on the integral strength of the component. The high dimensional accuracy ensures a perfect fit of the cover as per the requirement. The high-grade plastic material used for the cover has very good mechanical properties like tensile strength, hardness and wear resistance which ensures a long-life span for the part. The cover is free from any burrs and sharp edges which enhances the safety aspect of the component. The process of etching is also performed on the component. The etching process helps to achieve good bonding between substrate surface and coating.
