제품 개요
This 19 x 23 Plate unit consists of plate, hexagonal socket cap head screw and washer. The plate is made of a Lexan 14 1R-111 material. This is a transparent material that is used for easy identification of the parts and provides an attractive design. Lexan material has characteristics like good thermal resistance, high tensile strength and yield strength. This material is available in transparent, translucent and opaque colors. Hexagon socket head screw is a type of cap screw, which has a cylindrical head and internal wrenching features like hexagonal drive hole. Hexagon socket head screw is made up of stainless steel. Stainless steels are iron-based alloys, which contains minimum of chromium around 10.5%. The presence of chromium offers corrosion resistance to stainless steel and helps to resist scaling at elevated temperatures. Stainless steel also maintains the excellent toughness and has more attractive appearance. The washer acts as a spacer and pressure reducer. The washer is made of stainless steel material as well. This part is used in XV INNOVA IGS 540, UL Vivid 7, XV Advantx LC+, XF SFX30 Advantx, XV Advantx LC, HCS-IT AW Workstation 4.7 HP Z800, XM Senographe DMR+, XV Innova 2100, XM Senographe Care, XV Innova 2100, XF Legacy and many other machines.
